Privacy Policy
QED Limited will not sell, rent, or lease your personally identifiable information to others.
QED collects individually identifiable information from clients to complete business transactions, deliver products, administer individual accounts, and meet regulatory requirements. All information supplied to us, whatever the format, is treated with the strictest confidence and will not be disclosed to unauthorised third parties without the client’s consent.
We retain your information for a period of time in-house according to our Data Retention/Destruction Policy. After this time, all payment and other personal information is destroyed, confidentially and totally, leaving only your contact information to assist us with future enquiries from you. As a corporate policy, any personal information that is printed to paper is shredded before being disposed of.
QED Limited will not share the personal information you give us with a business partner, or any unrelated third party, unless we specifically request your approval.
Notwithstanding the above, QED Limited reserves the right to disclose your personal information to appropriate third parties if we are required to do so by law, or we believe that such action is necessary:

Data Protection
You can ask us, by sending an email whether we are keeping personal data about you. We will provide you
with a readable copy of the personal data that we keep about you within
forty days, although we will require proof of your identity before
supplying. We allow you to challenge the data that we hold about you
and, where appropriate, you may have the data erased, rectified or
amended.
Records Retention/Destruction Policy
QED Limited will retain records for the period of time set out in the Policy. Any records not listed in the Records Retention Schedule will be kept for seven (7) years from the date it was created unless any one or more of them should be retained for archival purposes. Where records are kept permanently, duplicate records of any kind not used as working copies will be destroyed, keeping only originals.

Emails and documents with transitory informational value will be deleted as soon as no longer needed for reference, but no later than 30 days after date sent or received.
One Year: General enquiries and correspondence
Seven Years: Project File Documentation, Client Files, Student Records, Financial Records.
Permanently: Office Copies of Reports
QED Limited operates a thirty (30) days Records Destruction Review Policy, to ensure the timely destruction of records as set out above.
